|Recommended: YesI recently moved in to these apartments and was blown away by how seamless and stress-free my move in went. Donetta and Mary Rose were very helpful and honest about the community, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They host different activities monthly and make me feel like a part of the community rather than just another resident. The area is very clean and peaceful. I have nothing to say about their maintenance crew yet since I just moved in, but judging by the other reviews I have no doubt they'll get any problems taken care of swiftly.

They really care about the residents here and it truly has a family feel There is always something to do here to get people together, if you choose to get involved. |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Hi point apartments has been the best apartment complex I have lived at. The ladies at the front office are awesome and is always willing to help, the maintenance staff are all great and usually get things fixed and or replaced the same day you put in the request or first thing the next morning. I don't have anything bad to say about hi point staff, I did have some run in with some very rude neighbors but the ladies at the front resolved that ASAP My family and I had a great experience here and would HIGHLY recommend hi point apartments to anyone who is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
|Recommended: YesGreat, affordable place to live. — It is very nice living in this community. I have never had any serious issues and any small problems I have had is tended to promptly. Staff and other residents are nice and polite. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. Overall a great, safe, affordable place to live

|Recommended: YesEnjoy being here — I am in the 2nd building in at the complex in 4 years here. Moved from an upstairs to a downstairs unit. So far it's been very pleasant. The grounds are kept up really well. Just be aware that the rates increase every year so be careful if you're on a budget.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful, quiet property. — It's quiet, we have an amazing view from our apartment, and the staff is always so incredibly kind and understanding. Every day that I come back to this apartment, I truly feel like I'm coming home.
|Recommended: YesThis is my 3rd year living at Hi-Point. I was in a one BR and moved up to a two BR because I love it here. Apartments are much less expensive that Louisville, the two BR is very roomy, the very few times I have called for maintenance they have been quick to fix problem, office staff are friendly and professional and always will to help. Grounds are buildings are kept in excellent repair and they even have community events for residents. I highly recommend Hi-Point.
|Recommended: YesHi-Point is THE best apartment community I've ever lived in. From the grounds to the special events, all are truly amazing. The office staff is professional, fun, caring, fair, compassionate and truly work hard to make life at Hi-Point truly wonderful. To top it all off when there is a maintenance issue raised, they are not just noted but FIXED usually within hours instead of days or weeks. Bottom line, if you're looking for a great place to live Hi-Point should be in consideration

|Recommended: YesNice, friendly — The grounds are well kept and they are always on top of the weather events. The have activities through out the month and keep you posted with a monthly news letter that is delivered to your apt. Staff is friendly and works with you whenever possible.
I think my only complaint would be that if you live facing Kroger that you get a discount on your rent. Kroger has non stop deliveries and it can be very loud at all hours of the morning time and its worse if you have your windows open. There has been a time or two I had to call Kroger for employees yelling back and forth at 4am or trucks running for no reason.
I would recommend the apartments to others..
